Refund policy
The Gallery Del Ray's Return Policy:
We hope you’re pleased with your purchase from us, but if you do need to return anything, you’ve got 30 days to do so.
If an item has been shipped from our warehouse in a damaged or flawed condition, The Gallery Del Ray accepts 100% responsibility for that item.
In the event, you receive a product that has been damaged in shipping, or short shipped, please note the following:
- Contact our Customer Service within 10 days of receipt by emailing us at info@thegallerydelray.com to request a form.
- Photos of the shipping box and damaged product(s) must be submitted along with details of the nature of the damage.
- An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and return label will be provided to you once approved.
- Damaged product must be returned to the warehouse within 30 days of the issuance of an RMA to receive the refund.
- NO RESTOCKING FEE is charged if the item(s) is returned in acceptable condition. ( We understand that when you receive a fragrance you may spray it a couple of times, but if there is a significant amount used. We cannot accept the return Or we may charge up to 50% Restocking Fee.
- All returns must be executed within 30 days of the issuance of the RMA #.
- No returns will be accepted if the product is damaged or significantly used.
- No returns will be accepted on candles if the product is damaged or significantly used.
- A full refunds will be issued once products have been inspected and received back into inventory.
Please note, we do not accept returns for cosmetics, skincare, or Bath and body items due to health and hygiene reasons, please make your selections carefully.
