Shipping policy

All shipped items will be shipped via USPS Ground and have tracking numbers available. The Gallery Del Ray IS NOT responsible for Lost or stolen items once they have been delivered by USPS. If lost by USPS, the customer must contact USPS with all information (tracking information etc.) and go through USPS due process in order to locate or find the package.
